This year’s transport logistic trade fair in Munich once again proved to be a key platform for innovation and international exchange in the logistics sector. With a strong presence of airlines, freight forwarders, airports, and seaports, the exhibition showcased cutting-edge technologies and next-generation vehicles designed to meet the evolving needs of global logistics companies.
Beyond the impressive displays and technical innovations, one of the highlights of our visit was the opportunity to engage directly with procurement representatives from several United Nations organizations, including UNGSC, UNRWA, UNFPA, UNDP, and IAEA. These meetings provided valuable insights into current and future procurement needs and opened the door for deeper collaboration between German companies and international humanitarian and development missions.
Our discussions focused on how to increase the visibility and competitiveness of German suppliers in UN procurement processes, with the goal of expanding contract volumes and fostering long-term partnerships. The fair offered an ideal setting to connect innovation with impact — bridging the gap between commercial logistics solutions and global humanitarian needs.
We return from Munich inspired and optimistic about the opportunities ahead.
